Covid Safety Policy
We will generally follow the guidelines set by the CDC. We currently do not require masking by our clients, although we may chose to mask. All exams are in person , unless otherwise requested by the client. Policy may change as conditions change
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not bill or charge.
Canceled or Missed Appointments
If you need to cancel an appointment, just call us or contact us through the website. It is no big deal,. We realize “life happens” and will work to reschedule you. The more notice we have, the better chance of offering this spot to someone in need. Missed appointments, without notifications, once or twice is also placed in the category of “Life happens”. If appointments are missed habitually, you may be asked to seek service elsewhere. Inconsideration may cost another patients life.
