Welcome New Clients!

We welcome new clients and want your experience to be as smooth as possible when you visit us.

What to expect on your first visit:

When you first step into All Creatures Small Animal Hospital, expect to feel right at home. That may have something to do with the fact that it was at onetime a home. This is a family run practice, and we like to treat our clients and patients as family.  We are not a large cold corporate owned  practice with pre-determined diagnostics, procedures, and treatments.  We individualize to each patient.

Expect to be greeted by one of our two Denises and promptly taken to the exam room.  Dr. McSweeny will join shortly to address the reason for your visit. There rarely is any wait.  We schedule that way purposely as a way to help reduce the stress on our furry friends.

After the exam, Denise will take care of the check out, including any medications, additional information, and or scheduling any follow up visits required.

We will always strive to treat our clients with friendly respect and make them an informed part in the decisions for their pets care. Don’t be surprised if Dr. McSweeny adds a little bit of humor, he tends to do that.
